Robert is a Co-Founder and Chief Legal Officer. Robert has over 20 years of experience as a results-driven lawyer and skilled intellectual property strategist. He has extensive experience advising on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation as well as corporate governance matters.

In his role as EVP and CLO, Robert is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Orcosa’s worldwide legal affairs, including the company’s intellectual property portfolio. Robert’s deep understanding of IP law, and his methodical and vigorous approach to building and protecting the company’s inventions, technologies, and applications are essential to the company’s success.

Prior to joining Orcosa, Robert was Special Counsel at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, specializing in intellectual property litigation for various technology companies. Robert holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.
