Melissa is our Vice President of People Strategy. As an expert in HR, Melissa brings over 16 years of experience in the Human Resources field, including leading the development of major human resources and talent efforts for a Fortune 200 company prior to joining Orcosa. Melissa holds B.A. from McDaniel College and a Master Certificate in Human Resources Management from Villanova University.
Melissa contributes to the success of Orcosa by developing, implementing, and continually refining our people strategy to ensure that each and every employee is empowered to support the growth and success of the company. She also is responsible for employee compliance and risk policy, and ensuring our culture reflects our mission, values and views of our talented employees. Above all, in collaboration with senior leadership she partners to ensure that we have the RITe people in the RITe place to best serve our organization’s growth.
